Your permanent courier ID identifies you to customers. Senders pay you the fare directly at pickup, and you pay kkoggo a flat commission on each delivery fare through Commission billing in the app. Each delivery keeps the rate it was booked with, and you are notified a week before any rate change. Registration and document approval are required before deliveries.

No upfront payment: commission builds up from your first completed delivery and you pay it in the app. Overdue commission pauses new jobs until paid; deliveries already in progress can still be finished.
