About
Someone’s gotta move it
kkoggo is a delivery marketplace built so that everyone involved always knows what is happening — including when the news is bad.
The alternative to kkoggo for most people is asking a friend who owns a bike. That works until it does not: you do not know where your package is, you have no idea what it will cost until it is done, and if it goes missing there is nothing to point at.
kkoggo is not trying to be the cheapest way to move something across town. It is trying to be the one where you know who has your package, where it is, that it cannot be handed to the wrong person, and that if something goes wrong there is a record and somebody acts on it.
Decisions
What you can expect
The practical choices behind a delivery people can understand and support can investigate.
A deliberately bounded V1
One pickup, one destination, and clear package limits. Availability is checked against the route and approved couriers.
A delivery you can follow
Pickup, travel, handover and exceptions have visible states. Your delivery record keeps the timeline together.
A price you review
The app shows an itemised routed-distance fare before booking. You pay the courier directly at pickup, in cash or by transfer.
Evidence, not single sources
A disputed delivery is decided against a chain — photos, timestamps, positions, PIN attempts — rather than against one person’s word or one field in a table.
A path for both courier types
Independent couriers and approved Partner Company couriers can join through separate paths with the same identity-review gate.
Scope
What kkoggo is not
Bounding the claim is more useful than expanding it. These are all things people reasonably assume a delivery platform does.
Ride-hailing
We move packages, not people.
Freight or long-haul
Urban deliveries within a city, not between them.
A fulfilment company
We do not hold your stock or run a warehouse.
A courier employer
Couriers may work independently or with an approved Partner Company.
A bank
Senders pay couriers directly. kkoggo records the payment but never holds the money.
Where next
Starting small, and properly
kkoggo is preparing to launch with independent and company-affiliated couriers, US-dollar pricing, and senders paying couriers directly. A route must pass service-area and courier availability checks before a booking can proceed.
kkoggo does not take delivery payments, so it does not refund them itself. If something goes wrong, support reviews what was paid and helps sender and courier settle it.
Preparing to launch.
