Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer

kkoggo has not launched. These pages describe how the service is designed to work and are published early so the terms are visible before anyone is asked to accept them. They are not a contract, and they are not legal advice. Sections still awaiting legal input are marked in place.

Cancellations and refunds

Last updated 17 October 2026

Cancellation terms and our provisional approach to refunds. Digital payments and automatic refunds are not available yet.

1. Cancellation

New bookings under the current commission policy have no cancellation charge before package collection. Earlier bookings retain the terms agreed when booked; the app shows any applicable charge before you confirm cancellation.

After collection, contact support to arrange a safe return or resolve the delivery. Delivery and return costs require review before a refund decision.

2. Provisional refund policy

If a courier cancels before pickup, the proposed resolution is reassignment or a full refund. A customer cancellation before pickup also qualifies for a full refund under the provisional policy. If nobody accepts, payment should not be collected.

Duplicate charges should be refunded. Failed deliveries after pickup require a support review, including delivery and return costs.

These refund operations are not automated or available for digital payments yet. Responsibility for processing fees that a payment provider does not return is still being defined. We will publish the final rules before digital payment activation.

If you have already handed cash to a courier, contact support. A cancellation or support request does not itself confirm that your money has been returned.

3. Payment availability

Cash deliveries remain available to eligible customers and approved couriers. Digital checkout, automatic refunds and reassignment of paid digital deliveries remain unavailable until provider support and operating rules are confirmed.
