What to expect on kkoggo

Understand offers, commission and review before taking a delivery.

You see the money first

Review the package, route and fare before accepting. Your account shows the applicable commission terms and delivery history.

Earnings are never a punishment

If your account is warned, restricted or suspended, the money you have already earned is still paid. Withholding earned money as a penalty is not an enforcement tool kkoggo uses.

Promotions come out of our cut

A new booking saves the commission rate then in force. Later rate changes do not rewrite that delivery’s terms, and you are notified a week before any change.

Waiting is paid

The current tariff shows a free waiting period and any later per-minute charge. Check the offer and applicable terms before accepting.

You are compensated for wasted travel

New bookings have no before-pickup customer cancellation charge. Older jobs keep their booked terms; support reviews any exception.

You can refuse a package

If you open a package and it is not what was described — or it is something we do not carry — you can refuse it and report it, with no penalty.

Choose how to join
Apply directly as an independent courier, or open the invitation shared by your approved Partner Company. Both paths use the same registration requirements.

Confirm your details
Confirm your name, contact number, age and current terms. Only an accepted company invitation creates a company affiliation.

Get cleared to deliver
Enter your address and upload your identity document and portrait photo for kkoggo review. Your permanent courier ID stays with you if your company affiliation changes.

If something goes wrong

You get told why, and you get to answer

Every action comes with written reasons

A warning, a restriction or a suspension is never a silent change to your account. You are told what happened, what it was based on, and how long it lasts.

A different person decides your appeal

You can appeal once per action. Whoever issued it does not decide the appeal, and a permanent ban needs a second administrator to review it before it stands.

You cannot walk away from a package you are carrying

Once a package is in your hands the delivery cannot be cancelled. If you genuinely cannot complete it, it goes to a person at kkoggo — not to a dead end.

Your location is recorded only while you are on an active delivery, kept for 90 days as evidence, and then deleted unless it is attached to an open dispute. It is never visible to anyone while you are off duty.
