Pricing

You see the total before you confirm

Review the itemised routed-distance quote before booking. Waiting or return charges arise only if those events happen later.

There is no headline price here on purpose

A “from $2” figure is a price almost nobody pays. What follows is how the price is actually built, so you can work out yours before you ever open the app.

Live tariff temporarily unavailable

This page is showing the documented V1 launch baseline while the pricing service is unavailable. The app will always show the effective saved price before confirmation.

The formula

A fixed distance band, with explicit extras

Distance

The fixed band uses routed road distance, never straight-line distance.

Package limits

One package, up to 10 kg, 45 × 35 × 35 cm, and $300 declared value. Package size does not add a fee.

Urgency

Urgent service adds a fixed $1.00. Scheduled delivery is not part of V1.

Waiting time

The first 5 minutes are free, then $0.10 per started minute, capped at 25 pickup minutes and 10 destination minutes.

The numbers

At launch

Distance

Short hops are dominated by fixed cost; the marginal kilometre on a long run is cheap. A single per-kilometre rate over-prices both.

DistanceRate
Up to 3 km$3.00
Over 3 km to 6 km$4.00
Over 6 km to 10 km$5.50
Over 10 km to 15 km$7.50
Over 15 km to 20 km$10.00
Over 20 km$10.00 + $0.50/km beyond 20 km

Cancellation

New bookings under the current policy have no before-pickup cancellation charge. Older bookings keep the terms accepted when booked. See the cancellation policy before relying on the historical tariff below.

Older deliveries retain their saved cancellation tariff. The app shows any applicable charge for that booking before you confirm cancellation. Read the current cancellation policy.

These are the launch-baseline tariff values, in US dollars. They are versioned settings. The quote you are shown uses the published version in force at that moment, and it holds for 10 minutes.

Two promises

What we will not do to a price

No surge pricing

V1 prices do not change with demand. Only the published distance band and explicit urgent, waiting, cancellation, or return fees apply.

The quote does not move

Once you accept a quote it is fixed. Extra charges are possible only for things that happen afterwards — waiting time, cancellation, or a return — and each one is named and notified when it is applied.

For couriers

What kkoggo takes

Couriers can work independently or through an approved Partner Company. New bookings snapshot the published commission rate for each path. The current rates are shown in the app. Any later rate change is announced a week before it takes effect.

Company jobs credit the Partner Company, which manages its couriers’ pay. Independent couriers are billed directly under their accepted terms. Historical deliveries retain their original commission terms.

Work out your price before you sign up.

Review the current fare in the app before booking. Later waiting or return charges follow the delivery's saved terms.
