How it works

From request to handover

Six steps. You are told what is happening at each one, including when the news is bad.

  1. 01Request received

    You describe the delivery

Pickup point, destination, and the package: what it is, roughly how big, roughly how heavy. You pick a category from a list rather than typing a description, because that is what lets us tell you up front whether we can carry it.

You accept the prohibited-items policy here. The request cannot be created without it.

  2. 02Quote shown

    You see the whole price

The published routed-distance band and optional Urgent fee — itemised and shown as one total before you confirm.

The quote holds for 10 minutes. Once you accept it, that is the price; it does not move underneath you.

  3. 03Courier found

    A courier accepts

The job goes to verified couriers near your pickup point. They see what it pays before they accept it, which is why they accept it.

If nobody is available, we tell you and you are not charged. You can requeue or cancel.

  4. 04On the way

    You watch it move

Live position, and an arrival estimate that is hedged on purpose — "about 8 minutes", not "8 minutes". A number stated to the minute is a promise we cannot keep in real traffic.

Your recipient can use the browser tracking page without installing kkoggo. You share the link with their PIN from the app.

  5. 05Collected

    The package is picked up

The courier photographs the package at pickup. That photo is the first link in the chain of custody, and it is what a damage claim is decided against.

Photos are kept for 180 days, or longer if they are attached to an open dispute.

  6. 06Delivered

Your recipient reads out the PIN

The recipient provides the six-digit PIN at handover. The courier enters it to close the delivery; exceptions require support review.

Repeated incorrect attempts lock the delivery for support review. A locked delivery is recoverable; a mistaken handover is harder to undo.

The PIN

Why a handover needs a number

It is the single mechanism that makes “delivered” mean something.

Your recipient holds it, not you and not the courier

The PIN is generated for the delivery and kept private from the courier. After pickup you copy or share it from the app, on WhatsApp or any other app, with your recipient.

Incorrect attempts trigger review

Repeated wrong entries lock the delivery for support. A locked delivery can be investigated; a package handed to the wrong person cannot be recalled.

When it goes wrong

The unhappy paths are designed too

Most products describe only the version where everything works.

Nobody is available

You are told, and you are not charged. Requeue it or cancel it — either is free.

Nobody is at the destination

The delivery does not fail silently. It becomes a return: the package comes back to you, and you are charged the delivery plus a return fee.

Something is damaged or missing

Open a dispute. We acknowledge within four hours, ask both sides for statements within 48, and decide most within five business days.

Ready when you are.
