Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer

kkoggo has not launched. These pages describe how the service is designed to work and are published early so the terms are visible before anyone is asked to accept them. They are not a contract, and they are not legal advice. Sections still awaiting legal input are marked in place.

Prohibited items

Last updated 19 October 2026

You accept this policy before a delivery can be created — the request cannot exist without it. This page is what you are accepting.

1. Never carried

kkoggo will not carry any of the following, under any circumstances, at any declared value.

ItemStatus
Illegal drugsNever carried.
Weapons and ammunitionNever carried.
ExplosivesNever carried.
Dangerous chemicalsNever carried.
Hazardous materialsNever carried.
Stolen goodsNever carried.
Live animalsNever carried at launch.
Human remainsNever carried.

2. Carried under conditions

These are legal to send and we will carry them, but only with an extra step. You are told which step before the delivery is accepted, not after a courier has arrived.

ItemCondition
Cash above a thresholdEnhanced verification of both sender and recipient is required.
Prescription medicationMay require documentation before the delivery is accepted.
AlcoholAge verification at the point of handover.

3. Allowed with care

ItemWhat to do
Fragile or high-value electronicsAccepted only when safely packaged and declared at no more than the $300 V1 limit.
Perishable foodAccepted with time constraints on the delivery.

4. Size and weight limits

At launch, one package may weigh no more than 10 kg, measure no more than 45 × 35 × 35 cm, contain no more than 2 litres of liquid, and have a declared value no greater than $300. Couriers are not selected by a declared transport mode.

A package outside the service-wide limits is refused before dispatch. A courier reviews the package details before accepting and may refuse misrepresented contents at pickup.

5. How this is enforced

  • You choose a package category from a list rather than typing a free description, so what you are sending is known before a price is quoted.
  • Descriptions are screened for terms that need a second look. A match causes a review by a person, not an automatic rejection — “battery” is not “bomb”.
  • You must accept this policy before the request can be created.
  • A courier who discovers on collection that a package is not what was described may refuse it, with no penalty to them, and report it.

6. If you send one anyway

Prohibited or misrepresented items are not accepted

If a package turns out to be something on this page, or something materially different from what was declared, the courier may refuse collection and kkoggo may suspend the customer account while the incident is investigated.

Confirmed attempts to send a prohibited item are an enforcement matter and are handled under the acceptable use policy. Where the law requires it, they are reported.

Awaiting legal input

Jurisdiction-specific legality, and the reporting obligation.

What is legal to transport is not universal, and this list is configured per market. The list above needs review against the law of each market, and the circumstances in which kkoggo is obliged to report an attempt to the authorities need to be stated rather than implied.
