Delete your kkoggo account
You can also do this in the app: Account, then Delete account.

Deleted straight away
- Your login, so the account can no longer be signed in to
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Saved places, notifications and notification settings
- For couriers: ID number, home address and last known location
Kept, without your name
- Delivery, payment, commission and cancellation-charge records: 7 years
- Recipient and contact details on deliveries: cleared 2 years after the delivery
- Support cases about a delivery: kept with the delivery record
- Courier identity documents: 2 years after deletion, for fraud prevention
- Any money still owed to kkoggo: until it is settled
